As part of the Customer Success team, the Project Manager ensures Astrata customers achieve success through well-executed implementations and strong coordination across teams. This role focuses on project delivery excellence — translating customer goals into actionable plans, maintaining alignment across internal stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by helping customers realize value through technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Planning and Delivery

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer implementation projects.

Develop and manage project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams (System Implementation, Measure Development, and Data Engineering).

Drive accountability by monitoring progress, facilitating meetings, and tracking action items to keep all teams aligned and on schedule.

Identify risks early and work with leadership to develop and execute mitigation strategies.

Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and optimizing delivery practices.

Customer Engagement and Communication

Serve as the primary point of coordination for customer implementation projects.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with customer stakeholders on status, deliverables, and next steps.

Provide regular internal and external status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

Help manage expectations and drive collaboration between Astrata and customer teams.

Post-Implementation and Value Realization

Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing operations.

Support activities that drive customer adoption, value realization, and satisfaction.

Participate in post-implementation reviews and assist in developing insights and recommendations.

Frameworks and Tools

Leverage Astrata’s project management tools to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.

Contribute to refining templates, processes, and tools that enhance efficiency and scalability across projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of project management experience in healthcare, technology, or related fields.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to understand technical and data-related concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Information Systems, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE

Experience working with payer organizations or healthcare quality programs (e.g., HEDIS).

Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and healthcare data integration.

Experience in environments emphasizing digital transformation or quality improvement.
