What you will do:
- Assist Solution Engineers in the end-to-end implementation of Astrata solutions from initial planning to post-deployment support for new and existing customers.
- Capture customer-specific details during meetings to ensure requirements are understood and recorded.
- Map customer requirements to our system specifications and assist in developing the implementation plan.
- Support the script creation process for deploying customer environments, processing data, and summarizing results.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure successful implementations and share results.
- Find creative solutions to difficult problems and operate within a flexible, fast-paced environment.
- Communicate progress, updates, and potential roadblocks to teammates, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Provide post implementation system support ensuring Astrata meets our SLA’s.
- Continuously assess project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Promote and participate in professional self-development to stay up to date with innovative technologies and development approaches within the industry
What we are looking for:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant field, or someone who has acquired core skills via practical experience
- The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing, professional services type roles
